Our school week runs from Monday - Thursday with the core instructional day running from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
To support families who need additional flexibility, optional extended care is available.
Before Care (Optional): Begins at 7:30 AM
Aftercare (Optional): Available until 4:00 PM
Foundations Class
Grades: Pre-k
Our Pre-K Foundations class is designed to give young learners a strong, joyful start to their educational journey. In this nurturing environment, children build essential skills in early literacy, math, social development, and independence through hands-on learning, play-based exploration, and meaningful routines.
We focus on helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and self-regulation while still allowing them to be kids. Each day includes engaging activities, structured learning time, and opportunities for creativity, movement, and social connection. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children feel excited to learn and proud of their progress.
Due to strong interest from families, Village Mentality Academy will be opening two Pre-K for the 2026-2027 school year. This allows us to serve more children while still maintaining the small, relationship-centered environment that defines our school.
Class size is intentionally capped at 12 students per classroom to ensure personalized attention and a strong foundation for every child.
Pathfinders Class
Grades: K - 2
Our Pathfinders class is designed for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade who are building the core skills that will guide their academic journey. During these foundational years, children strengthen their reading, writing, and math abilities while developing confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
In the Pathfinders classroom, learning is active, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Students participate in hands-on lessons, small-group instruction, and meaningful practice that helps them truly understand concepts—not just memorize them. We place a strong emphasis on literacy, problem-solving, and positive character development while nurturing curiosity and creativity.
Our goal is to help students become confident learners who are ready to take on new challenges and think for themselves. With small class sizes and a supportive environment, each child receives the attention and encouragement they need to grow academically and socially.
Class size is intentionally capped at 12 students to ensure personalized instruction and strong relationships within the classroom community.
Scholars Class
Grades: 3 - 5
Our Scholars class is designed for students in 3rd through 5th grade who are ready to deepen their understanding, strengthen their academic skills, and grow into confident, independent thinkers. At this stage, students begin taking greater ownership of their learning while developing the organization, responsibility, and problem-solving skills needed for long-term success.
In the Scholars classroom, students engage in meaningful, hands-on learning that encourages critical thinking and real-world application. Instruction focuses on strong reading comprehension, writing development, mathematical reasoning, and collaborative learning experiences. We challenge students to think deeply, ask questions, and take pride in their progress while continuing to support their social and emotional growth.
Our goal is to prepare students not only for the next grade level, but for the habits and mindset that lead to lifelong learning. With small class sizes and intentional instruction, each child is known, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Tuition: $1,100 per month
Annual Registration Fee: $150
Annual Materials Fee: $150

To keep things simple and convenient for families, Village Mentality Academy charges an annual Materials Fee. This fee covers:
- classroom supplies
- hands-on learning materials
- cost of most educational field trips throughout the school year. (the goal is to take 1 per month)
The aim is to provide enriching experiences for students without requiring families to make frequent additional payments. Parents do not need to purchase school supplies or pay separate fees for regular field trips—we take care of those details so families can focus on their child’s learning and growth.
